No Progress

Taylor has no issues wetting his plastic underwear. Taylor absolutely refuses to do anything on the potty. I can have him sitting there for an hour but he won't urinate until I've put him in some form of underpants. He made a puddle in his bedroom. He refuses to tell me when he has to go either one or two even though I know he KNOWS. If he knows enough to hide in the other room, he knows enough to tell me. My visiting teachers and I decided that he would be ten years old before he decides to give up diapers. See cartoon below that I saw on a friend's blog:

In consolation, Taylor did give Avi his first voluntary kiss. She has scratches on her nose so he kissed them better. What a sweet thing to behold!

Taylor also said his first prayer yesterday and repeated the incident today. I've asked him before if he wanted to say the prayer but he would always defer to us. It was so awesome to hear him start praying for the food on his own!

I finished reading a health book that Eva recommended to me. The title may be offensive to some of my readers (my grandparents read this!) so I won't post it here but if you're interested, my review is here. I really liked it.
