Get In My Belly!

I was recently assigned new visiting teachers, one of whom is obviously pregnant. Ella couldn't resist touching her belly.

Mommy (by way of explanation): She has a baby in there!
Ella (in shock and wonder to the lady): You ate a baby?!?
